Ingredients:

1 apple of choice, sliced
1 tbsp peanut butter or other nut butter of choice
1 tsp shredded coconut
Shaved dark chocolate
1/4 tsp of cinnamon
1/4 tsp of red ginger
 

Instructions:

Wash and slice the apples and spread it out on a plate Mix peanut butter with cinnamon and red ginger and drizzle over the apples Top with shredded coconut and shaved dark chocolate Perfect afternoon snack for young and old :)
