Ingredients :

1/4 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup almond milk

3 tbsp greek yogurt (or plant based yogurt for vegans)

1 tbs peanut butter natural (melted)

1/2 apple (diced)

Granola (for topping)

1/2 tsp Herbilogy cinnamon extract powder

1 tsp Herbilogy indigenous java turmeric extract powder

 

Directions :

Combine all ingredients except granola, apples & melted peanut butter, refrigerate overnight

Enjoy in the morning as your healthy breakfast menu!
