Ingredients:

Soba noodles

1 tsp green tea powder

1/2 tsp soy sauce

Seasoned nori seaweed (optional)

1/2 radish thinly sliced (optional)

 

Instructions:

Cook the noodles according to pack.

Stir in the green tea powder and reduce heat and stir to prevent from sticking.

Once cooked, remove from heat and remove all water and cool down in a bath of ice cubes. Season with soy sauce and seaweed. Enjoy!
