Ingredients:


2 boy choy, washed and chopped
1 cup (frozen) pineapple, cut in parts
1 tsp java turmeric
1 cup almond milk
1/3 cup coconut water
Few mint leaves

Instructions:


Blend until smooth in a blender and drink right up! Enjoy!
