Pomegranate Pineapple Popsicles

Ingredients:
2 cups of pineapple
2 cups of coconut water + meat
1 tbsp ground pomegranate
Topping: 2 tbsp mango jam (or any other jam of choice)

Instructions:
-Blend everything except for the mango jam in a high speed blender and pour in ice moulds of choice.
-Any leftover can use as a smoothie :)
-Add the mango jam to each mould with a teaspoon carefully and slowly stir it in the moulds so it’s evenly spread out in the popsicle.
-Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
-There you go, an easy fruity popsicle for young and old :)
