Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
4 cups filtered water (if you desire creamier & thicker milk, use less water!)
A pinch salt
4 pitted dates
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1 tsp Herbilogy Green Coffee extract powder
Directions :
Blend all ingredients in a blender for 45 secs or until the mixture seems well combined. Don’t over blend, it will make the oat milk slimy in texture
Filter with milk cloth for more silkier texture & remove any oats remnants
Pour into a sealed jar and refrigerate. It can lasts for 4-5 days
Never heat oat milk, the texture will turn slimy
Don’t forget to shake well and enjoy cold!
