Ingredients:
2 frozen bananas
Handful of spinach (swap with any leafy greens you have on hand: kale, bok choy, lettuce)
1/3 cup frozen sirsak (swap with pineapple)
1 tsp ground matcha
1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk
Toppings:
Granola of choice
Strawberries
Desiccated coconut
Chia seeds
Instructions:
-Blend everything except for the toppings in a high speed blender or food processor until smooth.
-Serve in a shallow bowl and the toppings.
-Enjoy!
