Green Tea Lime Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

Chia pudding:

1/3 cup chia seeds

1 cup milk of choice

Zest of 1 lime

1-2 drops of liquid stevia or maple syrup/honey

1/4 vanilla powder (optional)

1 tsp green tea powder

 

Avocado lime puree:

1/2 avocado, mashed

1/4 cup coconut milk

2 drops of stevia, other sweetener of choice

1-2 tsp lime juice

Zest of 1/2 lime

 

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients for the chia pudding in a jar and whisk until everything is well combined

Place in the fridge so it become a pudding

Place avo lime puree ingredients all in a blender and blend until all is combined and smooth

Spoon the chia pudding in a bowl or jar and pour the avo lime puree on top

Eat it right away or refrigerate it for the next day and have it for breakfast

Enjoy!
