Ingredients:
2 bananas, cut length wise in half and cut in half again
1/2 bar dark chocolate or chocolate of choice
2 tbsp peanut butter or other nut butter of choice
1 tsp red ginger powder
Toppings: shredded coconut, roasted sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds

Instructions:
-Cut the bananas length wise and cut that in half again. 1 banana gives 4 slices
-Melt the chocolate marie au bain using a steamer and slowly let the chocolate melt and stir once a while, turn the heat low to avoid burning
-In the mean time mix ginger powder with peanut butter until well combined
-Top each banana slice with the peanut butter mixture
