Ingredients:
1 tsp java turmeric powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red ginger powder or fresh ginger
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
Sprinkle of fresh ground black pepper
1-2 tsp of honey/maple syrup
1 cup water
1 cup coconut milk
Handful of ice cubes
Instructions:
Blend everything on high speed pour in glasses with ice cubes and drink up!
Nice cold pick-me-up shake :)
