Ingredients:
1/4 cup rolled oats
1 tsp matcha powder
1 tbsp sliced almonds
1/4 cup mixed seeds of pumpkin and sunflower seeds
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/3 cup plain yogurt of choice ( I used coconut yogurt)
1/3 cup milk of choice (I used cashew milk)
2 tbsp juice of an orange
1 tsp maple syrup/honey/stevia
Toppings:
1/2 banana
Berries stew:
1 cup of mix berries: strawberry, blueberry, raspberry
dash of cinnamon
maple syrup (optional)
Instructions:

Mix all ingredients well in a jar except for the toppings.

Leave it overnight in the fridge

Next morning you can eat straight from the jar or pour in a bowl and add the toppings.

Stew:

Add the mixed berries with a splash of water in a sauce pan, bowl on medium high heat and keep stirring until it cooks.

You can add the cinnamon and some sweetener or without it.
