Ingredients :
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup plant based milk (this recipe using vanilla soy milk)
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp Herbilogy matcha extract powder
Toppings :
Coconut yogurt
Granola
Frozen blueberries
Directions :
- Mix all ingredients in a jar, shake well. Put in the refrigerator & leave it overnight
- In the morning, serve it in a bowl & top it with desired topping
