Ingredients:
2 cups raw cashews
2 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp moringa powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 curry powder
1/4 cayenne powder (optional)
1/2 sea salt
Instructions:
Heat a skillet on medium heat and add the coconut oil
Mix all the spices in a bowl and set aside
Add cashews and keep stirring and let it cover with oil
Add the spice mix and make sure the cashews are covered in it
Bake until it becomes golden brown
Remove the pan from heat and let it cool down
Transfer cashews to an airtight container or jar
Great as a healthy pick me up snack!
