Ingredients:
1 cup of frozen steamed cauliflower, florets
1 frozen dragon fruit, cut in cubes
1 cup frozen papaya, in cubes
1 frozen banana, sliced
1 tsp cogon grass powder
1 cup milk or choice
Instructions:
-Blend all ingredients until smooth in a blender.
-Pour in a tall glass and enjoy right away for an easy quick breakfast or
store it in a bottle/jar in the fridge up to 2 days
