Instructions:
1-2 frozen banana, sliced
1 frozen dragon fruit, cut up
1 tsp ground cogon grass
1/3 cup milk of choice
Toppings:
Nut butter of choice (almond, peanut, cashew)
Unsweetened coconut flakes
Fresh or frozen blueberries
Instructions:
-Blend all ingredients except for Toppings in a high speed blender or food processor until you get a smooth ice cream consistency.
-Pour in a shallow soup bowl and add Toppings.
-Enjoy!
