Ingredients:
1/2 cup of oats
1 ripe banana
1 cup of any milk (nut, almond, soy, rice)
1 tbsp of maple syrup or honey
1/2 tsp fenugreek powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp coconut flakes
1 tbsp of mixed sunflower and pumpkin seeds
Toppings:
1 banana
More seeds
Passion fruit
Hempseeds
Instructions:
-Mix all ingredients in a bowl and mash the banana in the mixture. Pour in a jar or cover with plastic wrap and let it sit in the fridge overnight.
-If you are eating it for breakfast add the toppings (or toppings of choice) and enjoy right away!
