Serves 1
Ingredients:
1/2 to 1 mango, diced
1 tsp turmeric powder
Pinch of cardamom powder (optional)
1 cup of plain yogurt of choice (I used coco yogurt) Some water or ice cubes if too thick (optional)
Toppings:
sprinkle of seeds and nuts
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Drink right away. Great for a quick breakfast or afternoon pick me up!
