Ingredients :
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup almond milk
1-2 tbsp maple syrup (depends on the sweetness you want)
3 tbsp greek yogurt (replace this with plant based yogurt for vegan)
Kiwi as desired
1 tsp Herbilogy matcha powder
Toppings :
Kiwi
Granola
Cacao nibs
Directions :
- Put in a jar for rolled oats, matcha powder, chia seeds, almond milk, & maple syrup. Diced several kiwi & put also in the jar. Mix well & leave it overnight
- In the morning, prepare a glass & slice several kiwi for decoration. Put the yogurt at the bottom, layer it with overnight oats and layer it again with yogurt
- Finally top with sliced kiwi, granola & cacao nibs
