Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados
1/2 cup of fresh mint leaves
2 packs/ 400 ml of coconut milk
1/4 - 1/3 cup of maple syrup or 8-10 drops of stevia
1 tsp of cinnamon powder
Few chunks of dark chocolate, broken in pieces
Instructions:
-Blend everything in a food processor except for the chocolate
-Blend the chocolate in the end with the rest of the mixture
-Pour into a cake pan or glass lock and lock
-Freeze at least 6-8 hours or over night
-Take it 15 min before serving to defrost Scoop into glass
