Ingredients :
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup almond milk
1-2 tbsp maple syrup (depends on the sweetness you want)
3 tbsp greek yogurt (replace this with plant based yogurt for vegan)
Strawberry as desired
Toppings :
Strawberry
Granola
Cacao nibs
Directions :
- Put in a jar for rolled oats, chia seeds, almond milk, & maple syrup. Diced several straberries & put also in the jar. Mix well & leave it overnight
- In the morning, prepare a glass & slice several strawberries for decoration. Put the overnight oats into the glass, layer it with greek yogurt
- Finally top with sliced strawberries, granola & cacao nibs
