Ingredients:
1,5 cup almond meal (this is the dried pulp from my homemade almond milk)
2 banana, mashed
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup raisins/cranberries
1/2 cup mixed nuts: walnuts, almonds, cashews, crumbled
1/2 cup nut butter of choice
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp fenugreek powder
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
-Line a cake pan with baking paper or coconut oil
-Mash almond meal and banana together until it form a dough
-Add rest of ingredients and keep mixing and mashing until it forms a bigger dough.
-If too dry add more nut butter if too runny add more almond meal.
-Transfer mixture to the cake pan, press hard so it forms a firm cake shape in the pan
-Freeze is for 4 hours
-Take it out ad cut in bars and cover each bar with baking paper.
-Store the bars in the refrigerator
-Great for breakfast on the go or as an afternoon snack with coffee/tea.
-Enjoy!
