Ingredients :
1 can chickpeas
2 garlic clove (peeled & crushed)
1/2 - 1 medium lemon (juiced)
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp tahini paste
1/4 tsp sea salt (or more to taste)
1/2 tsp ground pepper
2 tbsp warm water
1 tsp Herbilogy turmeric extract powder
A pinch of black pepper (optional)
Directions :
-Blend all ingredients in a blender / food processor until smooth
-Once the hummus is ready, top with more olive oil as desired and sprinkle with black pepper
-Serve and enjoy!
