Ingredients:
1 head of butter lettuce, washed and thorned
1 cup of mixed salad sprouts (broccoli, pea sprouts)
1 avocado, cut in cubes
3 small beef tomatoes, sliced
1/3 cup of mixed toasted seeds and nuts (pumpkin, sunflower, almonds and
cashews) Black pepper and salt to taste Few strawberries, washed and cut in
halves
1 tbsp fenugreek powder
Instructions:
Wash and thorn the butter head lettuce and set aside in a big salad bowl
Cut the avocado in cubes and put on top of the salad
Wash and slice the tomatoes and put on top of the salad
Wash the mixed sprouts and sprinkle on top
Add the strawberries
Heat a skillet on medium high heat and toast the seeds and nuts until golden brown for about 5 minutes
Add some salt and pepper to the seeds and nuts
When golden brown and crispy, sprinkle on top of the salad
Top it off with a sprinkle of fenugreek all over the salad
Pair it with your favorite dressing and eat right away. Enjoy!
