Green Tea Vegan Crepes

Ingredients :

3/4 cup all purpose flour

1 cup plantbased milk (I use unsweetened almond milk)

2 tbsp coconut sugar

1 tbsp coconut oil or more for frying (depends on the size of the pan)

1 tsp Herbilogy green tea extract powder

 

Directions :

Whisk together extract powder, the flour, coconut sugar & almond milk until smooth, make sure there’s no lump

Spread the surface of the pan with coconut oil (heat over medium low heat)

Once hot, pour & swirl the batter around the pan until the batter covers the bottom

Flip the crepes when there are bubbles forming & crisp around the edges, wait for a minute or two for the other side to be cooked properly

Once done, slide the crepe onto a plate, repeat for the rest batter

Garnish with desired toppings
