Ingredients :
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup shredded coconut
1 tsp Herbilogy Moringa extract powder
Directions :
Melt the chocolate chips & add extract powder into it. Gently stir until the extract powder is dissolved
In a mixing bowl, put the shredded coconut & mix with the melted chocolate
Place the batter into cupcake cases each. Press with the bottom of a glass to flatten & shape it like cookies
Put it in the freezer for around 3 hours or until firm
Once done, remove the muffin cases, top with desired topping & serve
