Ingredients:
1 can tuna in water
Tartare sauce:
Makes 1 cup, only use half of it when combine with tuna. Other half can save for another meal.
2 tbsp shallots, finely chopped
3/4 cup Kewpie mayo (japanese mayo)
2 hard boiled eggs, peeled and finely chopped
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp green coffee powder
10 small gherkins (cornichons), finely chopped
1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
1/2 tbsp lemon/lime juice
1/2 tsp mustard
Instructions:

Mix all ingredients for the sauce together and pour it over the tuna.

Combine and mix well and enjoy it with some toast, cracker, rice or salad. Yum!
