Ingredients:
1 big ripe avocado, cubed
1 medium tomato, cubed
Juice of 1/2 lime
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
1-2 small shallots, minced
Coriander or parsley (optional)
1 tsp sweet leaf powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Mash everything together in a bowl and eat it right away with nachos, on toast or as a side dish. Yum!
